Focus on leading not lagging indicators.
Create a system of consistency.

Continue to ask yourself tough questions.
Digital is good but don’t be afraid of analog.
Success is not a linear process.
Evaluate and reflect early and often.
Overnight success is not real.
Embrace delayed gratification.

Anticipate and plan for challenges and adversity.
Be positive and don’t worry about what others think.
Create a cadence of accountability and make it known.
Be sure to celebrate the small wins.
